1. Delivery

We, Vivu Décor, will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders will ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas.

a. US Domestic Delivery

From time to time, the Site may display certain offers or promotions such as complimentary delivery. Please note that such promotions are subject to terms and conditions that will be provided when such offers are available on the Site and that in all instances, complimentary delivery promotions are valid only within the 48 contiguous United States, District of Columbia, Hawaii and Alaska. The US domestic delivery rates and complimentary delivery promotions are not applicable to the US territories and offshore islands.

US Domestic Standard (4-6 business days after shipping): $9 USD

US Domestic Express (1-2 business day after shipping): $29 USD

b. US Territories Delivery

We ship to US territories and offshore islands, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and American Samoa. Please kindly note that US domestic complimentary delivery promotions are not applicable to the US territories and offshore islands. 

US Territories Standard (5-7 business days after shipping): $12 USD

US Territories Express (3-5 business days after shipping): $34 USD

c. Canada Delivery

Please note that all shipments to Canada over $20 CAD or equivalent are subject to custom duties and taxes. Customer will be responsible for custom clearance, duties and paperwork to collect tax. Custom clearance may cause the shipping delay. Orders from Canada are final sale and not eligible for refund and exchange.

Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas.

For Canada Standard Shipping, packages are shipped via USPS to the Canada Post (Canada's postal service) which handles the final delivery of the package. In addition to the custom duties and taxes, the Canada Post will charge a $9.95 CAD handling fee for custom clearance.

For Canada Express Shipping, in addition to custom duties and taxes, packages shipped via DHL Worldwide Express will be charged a $5.25 CAD transaction fee and a $11.25 CAD or 2.5% of value of duties & taxes (if higher) processing fee.

Please check with shipping carriers for updated transaction fees and service charges. 

Canada Standard (7-14 business days after shipping): $19 USD

Canada Express (4-6 business days after shipping): $39 USD

 


2. Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we want to make your shopping experience on Vivu Décor as enjoyable as possible. Please reach out to us at info@vivudecor.com with any questions at all regarding returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email your order number to us at info@vivudecor.com to request return. We do NOT process return and refund without the email request. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

- Any item not in its original condition

- Any items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

a. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

b. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vivudecor.com.

c. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.

d. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective, or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vivudecor.com to request an item exchange. Please attach a picture of the incorrect, defective, or damaged item. Item exchanges are exempt from the restock fee.

e. Return Shipping

We do not charge for return shipping. However, all returns will incur a 15% restock fee regardless of the reason for the return. This fee subsidizes the cost of shipping, processing, and potential repackaging. We will provide you with a return shipping label after you request a return. Please ship the return item within 5 business days after the return shipping label is issued, otherwise the shipping label will be cancelled.
