Nope, it’s not necessary to create an account to make a purchase. Please place your order as a guest. 

We do encourage you to create an account to make your checkout process easier and faster. You will be able to save your personal details, review past orders, update newsletter subscription details, earn and redeem rewards, and receive invitations to member-only events and promotion.

We ship from our warehouse in Ontario, California.

We ship to 50 domestic states in the US, US territories, and Canada. We plan to expand to other areas of the world in the near future.

We work as quick as possible to get your package shipped out to you! However, with a high volume of orders we do take up to 2 business days to pack up and ship out your order.

US Domestic Standard Shipping (50 domestic states) usually takes 4-6 business days. Express shipping option is available with additional charge.

US Territories Standard Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.

Canada Standard Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. Custom clearance might cause delay of shipment.

We use United States Postal Services (USPS) for standard shipping, and we use UPS for express shipping.

For US domestic orders we charge a flat standard shipping fee of $9 USD.

For orders from US territories and offshore islands, we charge a flat standard shipping fee of $12 USD.

For Canadian orders, we charge a flat standard shipping fee of $16 USD.

We do run free shipping promotions from time to time for US domestic orders. We also offer express shipping methods, please visit the delivery & returns page for details.

Yes, we do ship to P.O. Box. Please select US domestic standard shipping method if you want your order to ship to a P.O. Box.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer orders to be picked up.

Once an order has been made online and processed at our warehouse, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you have an urgent request or a question about your order, please contact us and we will respond within 1-2 business days. 

You are welcome to purchase up to 10 of the same products per order. If you wish to make a larger order, please drop us a line.

Unfortunately, we currently do not do custom orders.

You may return an item within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us to submit a request and receive the return shipping label.

Please note that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned. For more details on exchanges and returns, please visit the Delivery & Returns page.

We do not charge return shipping. However, all returns will incur a 15% restock fee, regardless of the reason for the return. This fee subsidizes the cost of shipping, processing, and potential repackaging.

Our warranty covers any product that arrives in less than perfect condition if reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Products that are verified as damaged or defective will not incur a restock fee, as long as they are sent back in their original packaging. To start this process, please email us at info@vivudecor.com or submit contact form here, include photos of the product and its packaging, and then our team will be in touch with you in 1-2 business days.

This does not happen often but when it does, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery. You may need to contact the carrier to file a lost or stolen item claim.

Each product comes with an instruction card. You can find the instruction information on it.

Unfortunately, you cannot change and replace the bulb. However, the bulb in the statue lamp is supposed to last for a long time. So please enjoy the ambient lighting until it is time to get yourself a new one.
